Yesterday at church, a lady referred to Wyatt as the "giant baby". She had a 7 month old little girl who was half of Wyatt's size it seemed. I laughed at her statement. I love my "giant baby." Some people might have been offended, but I just laugh and agree because it's true. He continues to grow and be "Off the Charts" as the doctor confirmed today at his 6-month appointment. I know, he'll be 7 months on Sunday, but this was his official check-up so here we go with the stats!
Head: 19 in. (>97%)
Weight: 22 lbs. 10 oz. (>97%)
Height: 30 7/8 in. (>97%)
I assume they can't say that he's in the hundredth percentile because there might be one or two other babies his age that are his size too. Who knows!? Anything is possible.
The doctor also said that it's okay that Super-Wy isn't rolling over. He's continuing to develop in other ways, so all is well!
I don't think he'd be "Super" Wy if he wasn't giant! So glad he's on track developmentally! He's just going to skip all that other stuff and go straight to jumping and climbing! Cei Rai's 12 Month appointment is the 15th...should be interesting to compare these two :)
